AI strategy consultancy
BELOVD's Brain practice is an AI strategy consultancy in London that helps leadership teams decide what to do next, adopt AI in ways people will actually use, and build operating models that hold up in practice.
The question we answer
What should we do next, and how do AI and data change it?
You might recognise this
- Strategy decks nobody uses once the away day is over.
- AI pilots that stall because the team was never brought with them.
- Expansion plans without a clear thesis for the market or the audience.
- Data everywhere, decisions still made on instinct.
How we work
Diagnose, treat, strengthen
Every BELOVD practice works in the same three steps. We start by understanding what is really going on, fix what matters most, then build the capability to keep it strong.
- Diagnose1 to 3 weeks
AI Readiness Sprint. We interview leaders, map current tools and workflows, and test where AI can remove real effort. You receive a readiness score, a shortlist of use cases ranked by value and effort, and the risks to manage.
- TreatScoped project
Strategy and AI Roadmap. Market Entry Strategy. We build the plan with your team, not for it: priorities, operating model, governance, training and the first pilots, or a market entry thesis grounded in audience and partner insight.
- StrengthenOngoing
Fractional strategy and AI operating partner. A senior BELOVD partner sits alongside your leadership team, runs the roadmap, measures adoption and adjusts the plan each quarter.
How it connects
One part of one body
Brain turns signal from Ears into decisions, relies on Heart to make those decisions deliverable by your people, and hands the result to Eyes and Hands to be seen and felt.
Proof
Where we have done this
- African market entry strategy for ABTA.
- The Antigua Diaspora Capital Mission, a structured investor programme.
- BELOVD's own AI operating system, run as a live demonstration of the model.
Questions
AI strategy consultancy: common questions
What is an AI readiness sprint?
A short, fixed-scope diagnostic that tests where AI can save time or improve decisions in your organisation, how ready your people and data are, and which use cases to start with.
Do you build AI tools or advise on them?
Both. We advise on strategy and governance, and we design and configure working automations using the tools you already pay for wherever possible.
How do you make sure staff actually adopt AI?
Adoption is a people problem before it is a technology problem. Every Brain engagement includes Heart work: leadership alignment, training in the flow of work and clear rules on what AI is and is not used for.
Can you help us enter African or Caribbean markets?
Yes. We build market entry strategies grounded in first-hand audience insight, diaspora networks and partner relationships across the UK, Africa and the Caribbean.
How long does a strategy engagement take?
The Diagnose step takes one to three weeks. Roadmap and market entry projects are scoped after that, typically six to twelve weeks.
