General is a normal ticket — buy it and you're in, same as any event. VIP is a smaller, hosted room, so it needs a short application first, reviewed within 48 hours before you get a payment link. Both are split by gender — 75 women / 75 men for General, 12 women / 12 men for VIP.

Arsenal shirts are mandatory for entry — home, away, third, retro, doesn't matter, just Arsenal. No refunds if you turn up in anything else, so don't risk it.
