Organisational health check
The Body Check
The Body Check is BELOVD's organisational health check. In one to three weeks it scores your organisation across six practices, from strategy to culture, and tells you where to start.
The process
How the Body Check works
- ListenWeek 1
Leadership interviews and a short, anonymous staff pulse survey. We agree scope, timings and who takes part at the start.
- SweepWeek 1 to 2
A listening sweep of audience and community signal, plus an audit of your channels and creative.
- ScoreWeek 2 to 3
We score the organisation across all six practices: Brain, Eyes, Ears, Voice, Heart and Hands.
- PrescribeWeek 3
We present your Body Report in person: scores, findings, and a prioritised prescription mapped to clear next steps.
