What is
BELOVD Investment?
A curated access platform for investors with a love, passion, or connection to the Caribbean, ready to deploy capital into credible, government-endorsed opportunities that matter to them personally.
BELOVD Investment is the investment access vertical of BELOVD Agency — a human strategy and inclusive communications consultancy founded by Marvyn Harrison. We exist at the intersection of culture, capital, and community.
Across the UK, there is a significant and largely unmobilised pool of investment-ready capital held by people with deep ties to the Caribbean — heritage, family, business relationships, and a long-standing love for these islands. What has historically been absent is a trusted, structured, and government-endorsed pathway through which that capital can move.
BELOVD Investment builds that pathway. We curate cohorts of investment-ready professionals who share a connection to the region, connect them to verified opportunities, and accompany them from introduction to decision with the right legal, institutional, and community infrastructure in place.
We are not a financial adviser. We are a trusted platform with the reach, relationships, and credibility to bring the right people to the right table — people who carry something personal into every investment decision they make.
Curation
Every cohort is assembled with intention. We select investors who are ready, qualified, and aligned — not the largest group, but the right one.
Government Partnership
Every mission is developed in formal partnership with the host government. Institutional credibility is non-negotiable.
Legal Infrastructure
Delegates are introduced to qualified legal partners from the outset. Investment decisions are supported by expert cross-border legal advice.
Community Trust
We bring the audience that government and institutions cannot reach alone, and we do so with the trust of that community intact.
Diaspora capital.
Purposefully deployed.
Our investment thesis is rooted in the advantage that connected investors carry — cultural knowledge, existing relationships, and a long-term commitment to the places they invest in.
Real Estate & Development
Freehold acquisition, fractional ownership, and development-stage investment in residential and resort properties. Strong capital appreciation potential in supply-constrained Caribbean markets.
Renewable Energy
Government-backed solar and community energy programmes delivering predictable, contracted yield. Bond-like return structure for investors seeking income over capital growth.
Tourism & Hospitality
Boutique hotel, food and beverage, and curated experience investments at the premium end of the Caribbean tourism market. Demand is structural and international.
Agriculture & Export
Specialty crops, agro-processing, and direct-to-export food businesses. Lower entry points with growing diaspora demand in UK and North American markets.
Citizenship by Investment
Structured guidance through established Caribbean CBI programmes for eligible investors. Multiple-passport strategy with visa-free access to 150+ countries. Requires qualified legal representation — we provide that introduction.
Business & Fintech
Equity stakes in operating Caribbean businesses and emerging financial technology platforms serving the diaspora economy. Higher risk, higher return potential for investors with relevant sector experience.
Antigua & Barbuda
November 2026
Our inaugural mission takes a curated cohort of 15 investors to Antigua in November 2026, timed to coincide with one of the most significant moments in the island's modern history.
In November 2026, Antigua and Barbuda celebrates its 40th Anniversary of Independence. Alongside the ceremonial programme, the island hosts the Commonwealth Business Forum, a three-day convening of approximately 600 CEOs from around the world. The CEO of Bank of America is among the confirmed attendees.
The BELOVD Investment cohort will attend alongside the Forum, with a fully structured investment programme: government and ABIA briefings, industry sector meetings, site visits to development projects, an evening networking programme with Antiguan business leadership, and a formal address from the Prime Minister.
A London introduction reception, co-hosted with the High Commission and Hogan Lovells, precedes the in-country mission. Delegates are introduced to the investment landscape before departure.
This is the first cohort. Places are limited to 15. The delegation is being assembled now.
