Arsenal matchdays for fans who came to meet people. We watch the match together on big screens, with rooms and hosts set up so it's easy to talk to people you don't know yet. Some people come to make friends and some come to date. Both are welcome.

Anyone 18 or over. We may ask for photo ID at the door.

No. The Singles Room is built for meeting people romantically. The other rooms are open to everyone, whether you're coming alone or with mates.

Yes. Most people do. Hosts run icebreakers before the match, at half-time and after the final whistle, so you won't be standing on your own for long.

Arsenal shirt on, or no entry. Home, away, third or retro kit all count. We check at the door, and there are no refunds if you're turned away for dress.

Buy from the event page. You'll get an order confirmation straight away, and your ticket with a QR code follows by email. Bring the QR code on your phone. Your order confirmation also works as proof of purchase at the door.

• Parade Pass: the big-screen match in the main space with the full matchday crowd, plus bar access. The price goes up in three releases: £12.50, then £15, then £17.50.
• Singles Room, £20: for fans who want someone to watch games with. A DJ and host, games and mixers all night, and a mixer at half-time, so you never stand on your own for long.
• VIP Room, £50: Parallel 45, a soundproofed room with the best sightlines and special guests.
• Matchday Dinner, £60: three courses in 45th & 7th, the rooftop restaurant, then Parade entry for the match.

Every ticket, dinner included, lets you watch the match.

Yes. Dinner is three courses in 45th & 7th, the rooftop restaurant, in two sittings: 5pm to 6:30pm, or 6:30pm to 8pm. Choose one starter, one main and one dessert at your table. Your ticket includes Parade entry for the match and the rest of the night.

For some rooms we keep the numbers balanced so the mix works for everyone. When one side sells out, that side is sold out, even if tickets remain on the other.

Refunds are only given if the organisers cancel the event. If you're turned away for the dress code or for breaking the house rules, you won't get a refund.

Arrive when doors open. Icebreakers start before kickoff, and that's the easiest time to meet people. Times for each event are on its event page.

Bring a card. You buy your own drinks, and some venues are card only.

Exhibit in Balham (Arsenal v Leeds) has step-free access.

45 London (Arsenal v Bayern) has wheelchair access, public lifts and wide entrances throughout the shared spaces. 45th & 7th, the rooftop restaurant where dinner is served, is fully wheelchair accessible. Trained service animals are welcome free of charge in every space.

Yes. A content crew films and photographs each event. If you'd rather not appear, tell the crew or a host on the night and we'll keep you out of what we publish.

Everyone is here to enjoy the match and meet people. So:

• No means no, the first time.
• No harassment, unwanted touching or aggressive behaviour.
• Don't photograph or film another guest close up without their permission.
• Don't contact other guests online after the event if they haven't agreed to it.
• Banter about the opposition is fine. Abuse of any person is not.

If you break these rules, we'll remove you from the event without a refund, and you may not be able to book future events.

Tell any host or member of the team on the night. We'll act straight away, and we won't tell the other person who reported it. After the event, email hello@belovd.agency.
